REGISTRATION
Registration covers attendance at evening receptions, all committee symposia , general session and meals at several Annual Meeting events: Wednesday lunch and Friday breakfast. Please select a fee based on whether you want to attend Thursday’s dinner. Attendees are responsible for all other meal costs. The registration fee also covers speaker costs, meeting materials, coffee breaks, prizes for sporting events and general meeting expenses. Golf, tennis fees and other recreation fees are not included.
Early registration fee expires July 29.

Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received on or before August 21 for a refund. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted. Replacements are always welcome. No refunds will be granted after August 21.
